History of Pillar Property Management Pillar Property Management started in 2005 when four friends bought and renovated properties. After managing many properties, we agreed to leverage our experience and skills to help other Winnipeg property owners. The company was born. We acquired Pillar Property Management in 2017. We’ve dedicated years to learning more about property management to make the most of Winnipeg and the surrounding communities.
