Sarte Heating & Cooling Ltd. was established in October 2005. It began with only one van and became the first to open in Maples, located in northwest Winnipeg. The company was moved to a more central location at 857 Notre Dame Ave in 2007. We bought our second building, 146 Higgins Avenue, in January 2013. We used half of the building as a warehouse, and the other half was rented. As the company grew, we needed more space, and we chose to lease the entire building. Our company owns the third building that serves as the headquarters warehouse.
