In 1999, three of my Linden Woods customers gave me the idea to create the company. I gave them my card and never thought about it again. I just fell in love with the idea of making homes sparkle and customers were so wildly happy with the results. The next day I loaded my trunk with my regular house clean supplies and knocked on their door and they let me clean and that's when I hired my first person. Soon I was able to own a vacuum and a vision! I said YES to the idea of creating Signature Cleaning Services and here we are today – a commercial and residential cleaning company that is proud to provide exceptional cleaning for every customer. I hired people to work with me part-time when my word of mouth quickly spread. This was also the time I created the Signature Wash Dry Shine Method, and the Cleaning Work Flow. Customers rave about it every week. However, my name has always been on the line with each clean and every day. Twenty years later, that feeling is still there every morning when the Teams come out of the meeting room.
