Good afternoon, my name is Mark, and I am thrilled that you have visited my website! Becoming enthralled with photography from the age of five in the 1960s when my grandmother gifted me a plastic “Diana” camera as my first-ever camera, I am a lifelong photography enthusiast. I have been photographing since I was five. For many seasons, I explored photography as a fledgling amateur during both the film and digital eras. The transitional period for photography was—indeed—a treasure of early experiences. I am passionate about vintage fashion, especially from the 1920s – 1960s. Whether it be a fun or eerie horror shoot, campy sci-fi, WWII military, The Great Gatsby pool party, a Rock-a-billy band & dancers, classic old Hollywood glamour, or a flapper scene that fits jazz photography band… I like to mix it up with various retro genres or give a modern shoot a “Vintage Flair.” My hobbies include God, my family and all the selfless people I meet, my dog MARLOWE, old movies, particularly film noir, being fit, and kindness. I embrace my creative spirit and becoming a Pro was a natural decision after I retired from a non-creative job in 2013.
