Because of how we surface that information, projects might be done differently or more sustainably. A 40 tonne crane collapsed under its own weight when I observed it. The client contacted a crane supplier and not an engineer who would discover lifting capacity. The partner-client has options. A supplier just provides services. The solution is not just about technology. It concerns capacity--responsiveness, adaptivity, and future-proofing. To deliver capacity to clients, I don't start with formulas or tools. First, we brainstorm our way to understanding our clients' requirements and hopes.
