ICT Northumberland College

ICT Northumberland College, a division of Kikkawa Shiatsu School Inc., oversees two private colleges located in Toronto and Halifax. In addition to offering courses in massage therapy at its campuses, the college offers massage therapy training to students across Canada and the United States from all other schools. Shirley D.Desborough, Mitsuki Kikkawa (deceased), and Mitsuki Kikkawa founded Kikkawa College Toronto in Ontario in 1977 and incorporated it in 1980. ICT Schools founded Northumberland College, Halifax (Nova Scotia), in 1997. ICT recognizes that quality education and services drive the health and well-being of the general public. Developing an institution that serves this goal led to the formation of ICT.
