About this business
Leica Hardy School of Dance was established in Dartmouth in 2002, and since that time, it has earned a reputation for excellence in dance education. Our school believes that everyone, regardless of age or aspirations, deserves a top-tier dance education. To achieve this, we maintain small class sizes, ensuring individual attention in every class. The General School provides recreational and introductory courses for students of all ages and abilities. More dedicated students can advance to the Intensive and Pre-Professional training programs. KiDanCo, an included pre-professional dance company, offers young dancers the chance to work with professional choreographers for real-world experience. Our multidisciplinary dance approach, based on the syllabus and theories of the Society of Classical Ballet, (Vaganova Method), promises a solid technical education at all levels. Our carefully designed curriculum ensures healthy, successful progress in all aspects of dance. Also, our staff encourages students to strive to be their best in every lesson, cultivating self-esteem and personal responsibility. To learn more, please visit the Programs section.
