Was very quick to take my money but customer service was subpar. Decided to go with the ceramic coating on my RX350, however, this was not what was received. Total application took (3) hours ... I received a glorified "wax" job at almost $500.00. A proper ceramic coating should have taken at least 12-24 hours to apply and cure! not impressed. The only place that the water beads off of is what was wrapped the roof and the hood. this side in the rear of the vehicle collect dirt and road debris. The manager advised me that clearcoating protects the paint from UV and the vehicle needs re-quired washing. No satisfaction and would not recommend any clear coating from this business.
