The worst company I have ever dealt with! Worst customer service! I have scheduled the gas connection for stove and dryer appliances for beginning of December. The customer service lady said there will be a technician coming and on that day no one show up and I called the office and the front desk lady rescheduled for the second day. Then, the second day came and no one show up, again, I called the front desk and got told the next day. Then I patiently waited and still no one show up, and I called back again and rescheduled to the next week. I had been doing the rescheduling for four to five times! Finally there was a technician came today and he took a look at my house and called Ron, apparently he is the owner of the company. He advised his technician to leave and pass on the job. I tried to ask them what’s the reason to leave and he refused to tell me and made up an excuse say he can’t put a vent connecting to the dryer. That is quite a ridiculous reason, even I offered to connect the vent myself, the technician still refused the job and left. I have been lived at the house now with no stove and washer and dryer connection for two weeks. The company has kept rescheduling appointments over and over again. The thing is, they could’ve given me a more precise appointment date, and even if they can’t do the job, they should’ve given me a reason why they can’t do it. Anyways, it’s a horrible experience and worst customer service. I would never contact this company again. Be aware!
