Bradley is also a coach, community leader, and member of the African Nova Scotian Community. Bradley Daye, the Grandson of Delmore Buddy Daye, comes from very deep roots embedded in his culture and empathy development. Despite a long, successful professional football player and coach career, Bradley chose recruitment in value-aligned organizations to be his calling as an architect. Bradley's track record of taking a concept from idea to execution has resulted in two companies and an organization. Bradley currently sits on the United Way Halifax's Board and also assists youth soccer in Halifax's North End. Bradley's transformative strategy comes from 12 years of corporate and professional coaching experience. Brad’s work is diverse and grounded in his gut’s core values and connections, which are compassion, community, and love.
