One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Initial inspection was unprofessional - guy comes in our house and stands on our furniture with boots on. Clearly had no idea what he was doing. Months later, they come to install brackets and don't have the correct hardware. Months later, the electrician comes out and leaves without doing anything because a bush is in his way. Months later and many emails, they finally respond as to what the issues were to complete the installation. Finally, after installing brackets on the roof, they came back with additional requirements and costs.... I had to supply an electrical conduit from outside to breaker panel inside. After that, they claimed I didn't have enough room on my panel box (wouldn't that be a fundamental issue on first inspection?), then they wanted an extra $500 for the AC hookup (surely that is part of the install??), and they want $800 to route the cables through the soffit instead of across the gutter. Stay away from this company!
