Reviews center on the friendly and knowledgeable staff and their Covid precautions, excellent service and speedy delivery and great product quality. There is also a seamless shopping experience, free from pushy upselling, and staff personable and understanding of budget and needs, creating a trustworthy, laid-back environment where shoppers felt valued and understood. Delivery also had staff that exceeded expectations and left customers with an amazing bed that they loved. Customers also returned to the store due to the outstanding service and positive experience which is seen in both personal recommendations to friends and family and purchase of additional mattresses from the store. Customer perceptions are that the service aligns with and often surpasses their needs and is well-recommendable. Staff are great!!! Delivery is fast and clean, and prices are competitive. Mattress purchased is perfect and exactly meets the buyer's requirements, and so they think Sleep Country is an incredible store that exceeds the competencies of other competitors.
