People must be aware of the loss of life and strive for happiness. The myth of time and happiness alone can heal grief. It takes many years to feel happy again. It is important to realize that time is not sufficient for the healing process. You can recover your heart from loss and tragedy by following certain steps. While some people may go through the stages of grief recovery, not everyone does.
