A recent store visit made my Google reviews even better. Clarry R, who I’ve had the pleasure of working with previously, outdid himself again. When he heard the horrible shipping experience I had, neither the store nor Clarry had anything to do with it. He was able to get the replacement bike 3-4 weeks earlier than anticipated. Then there was another delay but knowing the issue - missing a chain, they were able to get it sent to me and promised to refund me another $20 should it ever not arrive. These are the best types of companies to do business with. Make the transaction right before anything else!
