Private practice is in Brampton. Clients include those from the Peel, Dufferin and Wellington Regions. Specialising in Clinical Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Psychological Counselling and Psychoeducational Assessment. Clients from all age groups, including children, teens, and adults. “Companion” is a word I like to use with patients. My theory orientation is existential. I encourage patients to examine their lives with a consciousness of the fundamental fact/miracle that you have life. Humanistic values are my system of value. Each person is valued and has the potential to live a fuller life. The theoretical model I use is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). It is an efficient, cooperative, structured, dynamic, problem-oriented and solution-focused model of treatment.
