Dr. Monica Dosanjh is an orthodontic specialist board-certified by Quebec's “L'ordre des Dentistes”. Dr. Ross Jenne, a retiree, sponsored her in 2012. She succeeded him and took control of his West Island orthodontic practice on June 14, 2014. Before moving to Ontario in 2017 to start a family with her husband, she taught and managed the practice. Dr. Dosanjh got a Bachelors of Science in 2002 from The University of Toronto. In 2007, she completed her dentistry at Boston University. After finishing dental school in the top of her class, Dr. Dosanjh received the American Association of Orthodontics Award, Omicron Kappa Upsilon for Lambda Mu Chapter award for four years, and the Quintessence Awards for excellence in clinical restorative Dentistry. She was given a Doctorate of Dental Medicine with an offer to join an orthodontic special training program that she declined. Instead, Dr. Dosanjh said she would become a general dentist in the Canadian Arctic. Dr. Dosanjh, a previous general dentist, was recruited by the University of Connecticut to be a specialist. She also received her Masters of Dental Science. She is sought after for master’s thesis in retainers. She used to work with Yale University’s craniofacial clinic, where she treated patients with syndromes, cleft lips and palates. After a three-year residency, Dr. Dosanjh worked as an orthodontist for three years in Connecticut. She then returned to Canada, where she ran her practice in Montreal for five years. Dr. Dosanjh, who loves gourmet cuisine, lived in a gastronomic paradise. Dr. Dosanjh guarantees she will offer the best orthodontic procedures by using data-driven techniques and staying up to date with the latest literature.
