Since I was a child in India, yoga has been a part of my life. I only found it when I started to suffer from lower back pain that was causing me a lot of problems. Walking was hard as I was having issues related to the pain that arose when I lay down. My back was so stiff, and I was not able to walk due to poor hamstrings. Yoga provided me with nothing but challenges because my body was so stiff and I was also struggling to make a step. However, the benefits provided were amazing, and it has become part of my daily routine.
