If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs. I have filed 2 complaints with the better business bureau and they will not respond. I ordered a sectional January 2022. It arrived in June. Broken. The back brace of the couch was snapped in half. I have been this full time trying to get it fixed, money refunded, something. I paid full price for a broken product. They asked me to contact someone locally to fix it and they would see if they could pay for it for me. I don't know anyone that can't fix this. Even if I did how do I get it there? Also, they might not pay for it. Also, NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY. They sold me a broken product. I have never dealt with such a horrible company. I do not expect I will see a cent from them at this point. Save yourself the grief and go elsewhere. Don't believe the positive reviews.
