Case Brief: Gyani Samsher Singh, head priest at Sikh temple Jakarta, Indonesia had applied for visitor visa to visit his adult kids who were studying and working in Canada. His Visa application was refused and further was put on ban for a period of 5 years, due to some misrepresentation in his visa application. He approached me for assistance and guidance, and since we stay in Indonesia it was difficult to take this forward. Through one of the immigration consultant I came to know about Mr Makkar.
