I'm incredibly grateful for how wonderful this Montessori daycare is. My son had been to two other daycares between the ages of 2 and 4. At both of those places, I kept receiving complaint forms to sign, especially at the second daycare where I got 25 complaints in just one month. This made me feel like a bad parent, wondering why my child was behaving so poorly in school. Every day, I'd get reports about him pushing, biting, and spitting on other kids. The first daycare even told me he misbehaved so much that teachers didn't want to be in class with him. I couldn't believe it. He's just a 3-year-old kid—how could he make teachers cry? At home, he was so different, caring and loving towards his 1-2 year old sister. So, why was he acting out so much at school? Adding to that, he turned 4 and was still not potty trained. He was scared to use the toilet. The previous daycare kept telling me to potty train him, but with my limited time on weekdays (he spent 8-9 hours in school), I could only help on weekends. Still, I tried my best. Then, I decided to switch him to Montessori Leaders. This daycare/school has smaller groups and isn't too crowded. In the first two days here, I heard he was misbehaving again, and I worried that I might need to move him again. But to my surprise, that was the end of it. Whenever I ask his teacher how he's doing now, they tell me he's doing really well, not misbehaving, and actually listening to his teachers. After just two weeks in this school, his teacher told me they were potty training him. They asked me not to use diapers or pull-ups on him at home. I followed their advice, and within a week, my son was potty trained. He was so excited to use the bathroom by himself, full of confidence, saying, "Mom, I'm a big boy now, not a baby anymore!" I saw a big change in him. I think it's because the teachers at this school are more mature and professional, unlike the younger girls at the previous daycares/schools. My son's teacher, Miss Suriya, is kind, knowledgeable, and knows how to work with kids. I believe teachers play a huge role in our kids' lives, and it's crucial to have good and caring teachers. I'm considering moving my 2-year-old daughter here when they have an opening. The only downside is that their website lacks information. I think they should improve that because their staff is doing an amazing job. A website is important, especially since parents like me, with busy schedules and young children, can't always visit in person. In today's world, websites are crucial.
This is an honest review from me, not one written for freebies like some daycares suggested. Parents rely on genuine feedback, as our kids' well-being depends on it.
