She was quick to respond, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and thoroughly. Though we were always prompted to lock our commercial vehicle, it got broken into numerous times, an experience that made us leave the place. This is not Access Storage's fault. However, the last-time break-in was a clear indication of location negligence. The staff knew about it but left a note on our windshield. They claimed they didn’t know who the vehicle belonged to because we were "parked in the wrong spot" —our parking spot changed months ago, but they failed to document it. The documentation misses the point. If they cared to communicate, it would really not be difficult to search our vehicle in their system and find our contact info. They were aware we were not around; we are not happy with the way they handled the issue. This was the peak of the disrespect we received from this team. During this time, we were in the Bahamas. Thanks to our friends, we knew our vehicle had broken down. Their lack of commitment to reaching out to us after breaking into our vehicle together with the continued break-ins was enough to push us to find another place. Theft and the company’s negligence caused us to leave this place. I will not recommend this place to anyone. Customer service is poor. Spend the extra money and go to a place with a secured gate. Not coming back.12. Would not recommend if you are looking for a place to store your vehicle. We did not have a good experience with this location. We rented an outdoor parking spot for our commercial vehicle, and even though we always kept our vehicle locked, it got broken into several times and our expensive equipment was stolen. Now I can appreciate that this is not access storages fault (the problem is the shitty downtown location). But what ultimately made us promptly leave this place was when our vehicle got broken into the last time, access storage was aware about it and instead of calling us, they left a note on our windshield. They claimed they didn’t know who the vehicle belonged to because we were “parked in the wrong spot” (our parking spot changed months ago but they failed to document it). I can understand if the documentation was missed, but if they really cared to get in touch with us it would really not be difficult to search up our vehicle in their system and find our contact info. We found out because we were on vacation and asked our friends to check on it for us. So yeah because of their negligence and location I would never recommend this place. Trust me, spend the extra money on a place that has a secured gate.13. It was great communicating with Pamela. She was very thorough and made this process seamless.14. Great service!15.
