Unique to Bend, at a Toronto Rec Centre in 2005, Joanne was teaching yoga, and a participant was struggling with a particular pose. I had my yoga certification, but all of my "toolbox" tricks I learned in teacher training didn't work. I was about to leave with the same attitude of I can't help you I saw so often at classes. It was possible, and I was now a teacher. I didn't want to make anyone feel unwelcomed when I left because of my differences. I quickly remembered that I had felt unwelcomed when the teacher walked out of a class with my differences. That made me feel like I wasn't welcome.

Bend Dundas Studio has an enthusiastic customer base. Instructors are excellent, friendly, and welcoming, and they provide exercise classes for all skill levels. Bend offers quite a few things such as Candlelight Yoga, Spin, HIIT, Kettlebells, and self-respect from their instructors, which supports your goal and makes them inclusive. Studio set up is clean and special! Customers love the sense of community and acceptance. This warm, approachable atmosphere is incredibly welcoming. These places are among the highest-rated overall and changes lives for the better. The fact and show instructors, I've only been impressed from the moment I walked in, and would happily recommend the Dundas Bend.
