Cornerstone Preschool Childcare Center class setting is predicated on child-centered learning. Children need a classroom setting where everything arouses their interest and invites them to explore, discover, and create. Every feature of the environment is beautiful on its own, from the tiniest containers to the wall hangings or curtains. All accessible materials are made for children as young as three years old to be explored and used by them. As a result, children interested in the building and identifying the bases of higher education start a journey of exploration. The teacher and the environment of the classroom are designed to help the child become independent, self-respecting, peaceful, solution-oriented, caring, and contributing members of the community. The principles we adhere to at Cornerstone Preschool Childcare reflect the Ministry of Education’s "How does Learning Happen?" Ontario's Early Years Pedagogy. Learning can only be said to have taken place when it leads to an infant experiencing higher esteem and dignity. Infants must be free to learn from the environment without interference from an adult, who hampers learning. Our Registered Early Childhood Educators (and Education Assistants) value learning, which can only happen when the child is free to roam the encironment. Our educators are close and attentive to observe the child's experience, but they do not interfere with the child's learning. Our educators also report the outcomes of every experiment, indicating what can be done next to make the child continue to learn. The outcomes recorded help the parents know what happened and understand how we will encourage the child to be a good learner.

Their passion makes all children feel like they are beautiful and perfect kids. I recommend this school all day every day because they offer the best. Classrooms are really spacious; enough to make children comfortable while inside. The classroom is decorated with welcome messages, we also see children's art, and that is encouraging. The class teacher was friendly, always ready to help, full of love, and could do anything for the child to feel welcomed at the school.
