Gerry has decided to retire, and he is passing the business on to Joel Knight and Karena Knight, who are long-standing employees.

I signed a contract with this company in early April, provided a full 4-week lead time, and even gave a 40% deposit at the time of signing. Everything appeared to be moving forward until just 4 days before the scheduled completion date, when the sales representative informed us they had “misquoted” the project and that it would now cost several thousand dollars more.
This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Changing the agreed price at the last minute after a signed contract and deposit had already been provided put us in a very difficult position, especially now that most contractors are already booked for the summer season.
i understand mistakes can happen, but honoring signed agreements and communicating accurate pricing are basic expectations. Unfortunately, our experience showed a lack of accountability and reliability, and I cannot recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.

We are very happy with our new roof, done by Ian, Cole and Alex. We were informed on a timely basis what was happening. The guys were very efficient and even came back Saturday morning to finish the job.
I would highly recommend Gerry’s Roofing!
