My husband and I bought a couch at Leons Hamilton. We worked with Birgit Cameron and she was great! When the couch was delivered, we discovered the underside had been damaged (significantly). Took a bunch of photos and headed over to Leons to have it resolved. I wish I had the name of the Associate we worked with at the counter .. she was incredible... empathetic, caring and assured us immediately that we would receive a full refund or exchange. This was such a relief to hear. It turned out the couch had been discontinued a few weeks earlier, so Birgit assisted us in selecting another. Again she was extremely helpful and empathetic. Although we were shocked and upset at the condition of the couch we received, the way Birgit and the counter Associate helped us in resolving the issue, could not have been better. Problems happen... the important part is how you resolve them. Five stars on this one!
