My first impression was good. They seemed very nice. I went into to talk about Cool Sculpting. I was interested in my chin and stomach. The girl showed her own personal pics of her stomach and it looked great. So we discussed prices and got me what I thought was a good deal. I set up my appointment and they did my neck which turned out good. I was happy. When went in for my second appointment I was under the impression they were going to do my stomach. They told it wasn't what I paid for. I was very disappointed. I contacted the Dr who did my consult and told me it be taken care of, not the case, they would only do my lower abdomen or I could pay another $900.00 to do the top as well. I was so upset. The communication there is rediculous. What I was told and what they did were 2 different things. So I went ahead and did my lower abdomen ( which by the way, did absolutely nothing) . So while I was there I used up my botox i had in file, which i was told i had 48 units. The girl who did my consult said no you only have 30. The nurse sitting there was told by her just put all thirty in my upper brow fore head, without even asked me what I wanted. I felt like she was just trying to get rid of me. This was the final straw for me. The sad part is, I am still paying off my procedure and didn't get what I went in for.
