As a founder who started grooming dogs at the age of ten, I have owned my studio for 29 years now and understand the importance of your dog’s skin, hair, and nails. I live to work with and help dogs and all creatures that live side by side with us. Educating and helping dog owners is the most effective way to help the animals I adore so much.

MICHAEL GILL is having a laugh..I think it's his first groom...I have never seen so many scissor marks on my dogs hair before...didnt listen to what i wanted ...total waste of money!
We’ve been taking our two dogs here for over three years. We recently got another dog and started taking her here, this would have been her second appointment.
We had an appointment booked for July 10th at 10:30 am. We arrive a bit early and take the dogs out.
One of the employees came out and from the start we could feel she was in a bad mood. She stood there for a minute or so without saying a word, and kind of had her head down. It just felt like she wasn’t in a good mood.
We walk up to her and she starts telling the dogs to get all their pee out now, which was odd to us, since we’ve never heard any complaints from them for anything, ever.
My wife hands off our smaller dog Bandit to them. Bandit has been going here for three years. He has some anxiety and trust issues due to trauma when he was younger. They’re aware of this as we’ve been very open with them. We’ve also told to be careful when picking him up, it startles him. They have never once picked him outside as they have three of our dogs to usher inside.
Bandit, once handed off is a bit excited and the lady is trying to calm him down. The neighbour’s bring their dog out at this time and Bandit turns his attention and body towards the dog.
The lady grabs Bandit from behind and he growls and nips towards her. The lady immediately says you have zero strikes left to Bandit and tries to pick him up again.
Unsurprisingly Bandit growls and nips at her again. The lady puts her hands up and says I’m not doing this and walks inside. As she’s walking away we ask if she can take Teddy and Sophia and she refuses.
We call Terry and Terry says that since we got Sophia, Bandit has been a problem. Mind you at this point Sophia is less than a year old and Bandits issues date back way before her, they actually get along great and it’s been great for his therapy. Also nothing was said to us about the above, see a theme here…
Terry starts blaming Sophia and saying last time she was here she peed everywhere. While is may be true since she was still potty training at the time, they never said a word about it when we asked for feedback.
Anyways we stayed loyal to this place for over three years, drive over an hour each way and that’s how they treat us.
Terry I hope you review your security footage to see how your employee handled Bandit, maybe ask her why she would not once, but twice grab a dog from behind that is known to have problems, didn’t seem very intelligent of her.
Second I hope you read your online reviews, especially on yelp where others have been treated bad by you and your employee.
Third, what is this zero strikes nonsense? If him growling and nipping at was strike three, what were the first two instances? There was zero feedback on it.
