Having lived in central Kingston since the age of three, Sarah is local through and through. While Sarah grew up in the central part of the city, her knowledge of the entire City of Kingston and all of its surrounding communities is truly encyclopedic.
It’s no coincidence that Sarah’s passion for and knowledge of Kingston has been extremely valued throughout her entire professional career, which originally started out away from real estate.
Sarah served as a Police Constable with the Kingston Police. While this role enabled her to interact with her local community and pound the pavement of Kingston every day, it became clear that Sarah had another career brewing as an entrepreneur of all things real estate.
In 2010, Sarah transitioned full time into a career in real estate, though her passion for the industry was started well before then.
In fact, it was at the age of eight when Sarah first held negotiations for the purchase of a home — a house for sale in her neighbourhood she was certain would be perfect for her and her family.
It only took a few days for Sarah to convince her parents it was the home for them, and just a few weeks later, they signed the purchase agreement and moved in. Sarah and her family lived in that very home for 23 years.
