These guys are crooks! I dropped off my vehicle with specific instructions to what needed to be done. I even followed up the next day for a confirmation. Two weeks later I got a call saying that my vehicle was done, when I went to pick it up I was shocked to find that the bill was 3x higher than it should have been. The reason for this is because they had performed work that I was never quoted on, advised of, or confirmed. I was also charged for parts that I had already replaced myself a week prior. These people are crooks and dishonest. I've tried to get compensation through The Ministry of Consumer Affairs with mediation, but they wouldn't even respond. So now I'm left taking legal action. Stay away from these jerks!
