Glass of Learning presents this programme to team leaders and front-line leaders. These employees are responsible for delivering results and improving their team's performance. This program typically runs for 8 months. Participants engage in classrooms or virtual sessions. These individuals then practice what they have learned in real-world scenarios and integrate that learning into their behavior change. They will be able to use Glass of Learning Transfer in their company for up to 6 days. Participants should expect to validate their key learnings and receive weekly Learning Transfer badges at our learning transfer website. This program's main goal is to ensure that frontline leaders work at the right level, not below it. This is accomplished through learning and the direct manager's commitment to the participant.
