I believe in fit. I consider it a privilege to match people with their ideal job and companies with the perfect candidates. It is my practice and philosophy. Fit is my “why.” It is the idea that there can be a mutually beneficial harmony between an individual’s wants and employer’s needs. I am a Career Development Practitioner. I am often fascinated by the reasons behind people’s work. Is it values, joy, cash, or something else? What makes a person leave a job, change careers, or take a chance? I also enjoy working with clients. My favorite part is showing them how their jobs have changed others and how they can use that awareness to move forward. I have experience in career counseling, talent acquisition, marketing, client success, and education. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Career Development Practitioner certificate from Conestoga College. I am also a Coaching & Leadership International Power Coach. My professional skills are improved with lessons and programs to ensure my clients get the best career coaching.
