Project management responsibilities covered sections of several storage buildings' building to the municipal water and sanitary servicing. SBM staff (formerly KAM) performed the sanitary and water services design, site grading and approval authority liaisons, contract document preparation, and administration and inspections. The Board undertook several relocations and site renovations, mostly removing portable classrooms in various districts. SBM (formerly KAM) staff project responsibilities for design, approval authority liaison, tender/takeoff document preparation, construction inspections, and contract closeout. The project focused on the demolition of Porta Pak schools located in the District Two Board.
