ONTARIO WIRELESS INC. O/A AITC SECURITY STANDARD EMERGENCY REACTION PROTOCOL This is a guide to AITC Security’s standard protocol during an alarm (or activation) in a residential or commercial Building. AITC Security customers can set different dispatch needs based on their requirements, so you can add or change special instructions on your agreement by going to www.aitcsecurity.com-Update Contact List. To ensure the account’s credibility, an Account Number or Password will be needed to modify the account details. If you don’t know your password or account number, you can chat with AITC Security online 24/7. If customers expect a problem with their alarm (for example, a construction crew is at the property), they should call AITC Security to give the Monitoring Centre a “heads up.” Please make sure AITC Security staff understand this STANDARD EMERGENCY REACTION PROTOCOL. London and Area Police Departments reduce false alarms by requesting AITC Security to identify the client has before police dispatch. Standard procedure: Residential clients and Commercial Clients The Monitoring Centre always calls the property first to confirm all alarms. If an operator receives incorrect information, the emergency response team that fits the situation will be dispatched. If it’s an accident, the operator needs your password or account number. If they don’t get a response, the monitoring station will continue calling the numbers on your CONTACT LISTE, which dictates the order of police dispatch. In one zone alarm cases (i.e. The Monitoring Station calls the Call List but does NOT dispatch police until receiving specific instructions from the Client or until the Client responds), the Monitoring Station will continue calling the numbers provided on your CONTACT_LISTE if they do not get a response. If only one zone alarms and the Monitoring Station can’t reach anyone after two tries, the Monitoring Station will be allowed to send a security guard at the CLIENT’s COST/RESPONSIBILITY. One zone was designed to reduce false alarms, as a zone is likely not the source of an intrusion.
