No matter what their abilities, every young person can succeed by highlighting their unique interests and talents. All & Every is an inclusive educational company that supports all learners, including those with autism and other special needs. All & Every is dedicated to the idea that success is a possibility for all students. Chris: Chris has more than 15 years of experience working with young people with special needs and autism. He has worked as a rehabilitation therapist, vocational counsellor, and developmental support worker for adults with developmental disabilities. Additionally, he has worked as a teacher and as a social and academic skills coach for young students. Chris was also the assistant director at Oakwood Academy, a school for gifted students, where he specialized in online learning. Chris was also the assistant director of KidsCAN Charity, a charity that raises awareness of autism and provides support services. Chris has also served on the board of Vanier Children's Services in London Ontario. Chris has also been a member of Autism Ontario, where he serves on the Thames Valley District Schools Board's Special Educational Advisory Committee.
