ATN Access for Persons with Disabilities Inc.

ATN Access for Persons with Disabilities Inc. was incorporated in 1984 under the name Accommodation Training and Networking. The company changed its name to Audio Tactile Network in 1988. Our organization was conceived as an experiment to discover creative techniques for integrating people with disabilities into the workforce. In March 1991, we began providing pre-employment instruction to visually impaired individuals. Our mandate was expanded to include people with learning disabilities in 1994, and two years later, we reverted back to Accommodation Training and Networking to better reflect our expanded range of services. We serve all types of people with disabilities. Belonging and community are our primary concerns. Whole-person support strengthens our resolve and empowers us to overcome any adversities that hinder our ambitions.
