*barely* got our project completed. If I hadnt nagged and complained daily, nothing would have been done. If not for a great fellow he had working for him, we would still be waiting. NOW waiting for a detailed PAID IN FULL invoice so we can apply for our energy grant. Nope. promises of sending it right over. no answer the phone. website is no longer active - I imagine he is hoping all of the negative Google reviews will vanish also. Mismanaged the entire project.
Be warned.
Wish I could give a 0 star review. Josiah is horrible deal with. Doesn't pay his employees. Has numerous houses that aren't completed and cannot complete them. Rips people off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The Better Business Bureau is revoked. He gets his employees to write reviews, because no one else will write good things about this company.
