Established in 1976, Forest City Gymnastics provides quality, cost-effective gymnastics training for youngsters. Our mission is to get kids engaged and having fun. We offer a fun, safe, and supportive environment for boys and girls to compete and learn gymnastics. Pre-school gymnastics is a good idea for a class. Gymnastics will help you develop gross motor skills and spatial awareness. Gymnastics will also help you gain strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, power, and socialization. Pre-school gymnastics classes for parents and toddlers will not focus on gymnastics skills. These classes will not be for gymnastics. They will be focused on teaching non-contact activities, movement exploration, body exploration, music, etc. This will make each child learn self-confidence, socialization, and listening skills. Both Tot and Parent classes are led by a coach certified in child's physical and motor development. However, one of the parents must be present during class. Only one parent is allowed in the gym at a time. Both parents may tag-team during class. This way, your child will receive the same amount of attention and smiling session.

Paid $463 for daughter to progress on 6 activities. Their progress books are rediculous, 4 months and $463 to be taught 6 things, leveled 5 levels during spring session and only did 6 activities (there are like 20 to 24 activities in a level...so not even 1/4 of a level) the whole fall session. Such a waste of time and money. I signed up for her to learn gymnastics not a babysitter.
