For more information, go to the Elmwood About page. The London Bridge Child Care Services (LBCCC) was founded in 1993. A few people discussed the meaning of high-quality childcare. We formed our agency by combining several child care centers in London. Our first-year budget was balanced by in-kind donations from our member centers. Since then, we have expanded to include 14 Early Childhood Learning Centres and Extended Day Programs (Before/After School Care). Check out the Elmwood Programming and Curriculum page for more information.
