In a series of brainstorming sessions on my back deck over many afternoons, seven people agreed that we would bring back Inch family values to people's homes accurately.

We had a hybrid heat pump and new furnace installed. The work was done very efficiently and with great communication with us every step of the way. Brandon Inch and Kenny were the installers and were so easy to work with and left our place in immaculate condition. Murray was our company contact and he too was very easy to work with and understand the equipment and process. They are also helping us with the rebate process… a huge plus.
I could not recommend them more highly. 10 out of 10.
Service Technician, Craig Hern performed a Furnace/AC service for our recently installed Furnace and AC( July 2022). Craig is very thorough in completing his inspections and maintenance procedures. I appreciate his patience as he responds to my questions and demonstrates how to use the the latest technology. He demonstrates then gives me the opportunity to use 'high tech' thermostat features. The email pictures that he provides at the end of the service are exceptional. They provide an excellent record of the service.
The friendly and prompt service provided by Peter Inch and Associates representatives is exceptional.

Craig came for the fix needed that he discovered when did his routine visit three weeks before. I was happy to see him as I have come to know him as a very friendly man who really knows his business. He is very thorough and he explains everything he does with the support of pictures. Any business would be proud to have him as an employee and represent them in the community.
