Chris Bechard was elected President of Renaissance Personnel in March 1997. He has a unique perspective on the industry. His 17-year manufacturing career was not standard. The company began as a small home-based business with one employee. Renaissance Personnel has grown incredibly, with 20 Recruitment Specialists over four locations in Chatham, London, and Windsor. The company's annual sales have increased by 68% to $10 million per annum in just six years. Renaissance Personnel's growth is extraordinary because the firm has never hired a salesperson. Renaissance provided employment services for thousands of companies of all sizes and types, nearly exclusively through word-of-mouth.
