Sarah Kirshin-Neilans

Sarah has a source of pride in catering to elderly clients with severe injuries after slipping and falling, especially to families whose loved ones succumbed to other people’s negligence. Her approach has always been successful as she has managed to recover over one hundred million dollars for her clients. During the first 9 years of her career, Sarah defended some of Canada’s leading insurance companies. These experiences have enabled her to change her viewpoint and understand how insurance companies operate. This personal experience has also been an essential foundational piece of her personal injury practice because she is now well-informed about the way insurers think and act, which allows her to make sound decisions whether it is tactical or strategic on behalf of her clients. Regarding personal life, Sarah has served on several charitable boards. Her philanthropy journey has been exciting, particularly on the organization she founded, SARI Therapeutic Riding. Her parents instilled a love of horses in her from a young age, and she competed in show jumping shows for over 20 years. Now, Sarah, her husband, and their two young children spend most of their free time supporting their children’s extracurricular activities.
