Additionally, applicants alluded to the paramountcy of being cognizant of the need to caution home yields for preoccupied customers. Another aspect that was strategically utilized was the utilization of Enercare work protocols to solve encountering technical problems on the field by communicating with clients. DISGUSTING and fraudulent business practices. Signed a year long heating contract plan with Enercare last December and with my luck stumbled upon countless reviews claiming enercare fraudulent activity where they come for annual maintenance and "find" something unsafe to shut off the furnace. Usually it happens during cold winter month leaving homeowner in stress and urgency to purchase something from them (mostly new furnace). Since I was already bind by the contract I decided to schedule this service during April when the weather is warmer. Guess what happened when they showed up? Technician only removed a front panel where the drain hose and screw were, pointed at rusted nail head and said it was a factory defect and looks like condensation (I have this recorded on my phone) and shut the furnace off, labelling it as defective heat exchanger (never opened furnace to actually check if it was defective in the first place and all carbon monoxide reading were great). He was very quick to offer for their salesrep to come by and provide a quote for a new furnace. Even though the outside temps were +12C, the temp inside home started to drop by 3C and I have an elderly parent who was in ER just 2 days prior this service) so I started to call every hvac contractor to obtain a quote (since theirs as you can guess it- was very high). Found Home Trade Standards with a best quote and availability to install the furnace the same day. Imagine my surprise when I asked them to investigate my old furnace for a problem mentioned and they said there was none!!!! I have their report and video as evidence of it. When I called to enercare with my complaint, I only heard this outrageous statement: if you didnt agree with our first tech opinion, you could have requested a second one from us ( yeah, surely that second opinion will be different!), but since the furnace is removed (yet, I have it open on my driveway for them to see there is absolutely no damage) and YOU decided to go ahead to install a new one-we cant help. Best part yet, they will charge me for breaking the contract with them that I dont need now since I got brand new equipment that is under warranty already. Scammers! I am planning on suing them for this malpractices as well as spreading this information for others through all social media platforms and consumer alert news so others are mindful of this company running this fraudulent practices, scamming customers for money in these already hard times.

Shine Ford did a great job with my furnace this afternoon. He was very professional, informative and caught the fact that I needed a new humidifier filter. No one has suggested that before but I could tell that it was needed when he showed it to me. I would have him back again.

I had an old water heater removed and a new one installed. The technicians, Shah and Ezikol, were outstanding. They were professional, courteous, and took care to protect our home.

Pannu from Enercare was on time and professional and picked up discrepancies other technicians had not addressed.
