I do not recommend these movers. They are highly unprofessional. Before the move I verified TWICE what happens if they are late, or delayed, or don't make it in time as I had a tight elevator window booked. They assured me they have a big team and they could easily dispatch someone else. On the day of the move, they were supposed to arrive at 12.30pm. At 12.30pm I am told there's usually a 1 hour window. This was not communicated before. At 1.30pm they told me they will come soon. At 2pm, they are telling me they can only come by 4pm because they aren't done with another client from morning. I had explicitly told them my elevator window is 12-4pm. And they have the audacity to tell me nearly 1 hour late that they won't make it. I told them to refund my deposit and they agreed. But they haven't done so either. Their customer service hotline doesn't work, no one picks up. And today I found out even their booking line is not picking up. After 5 days of chasing after the deposit, they blocked my phone number as it now goes straight to voicemail, and when I leave the voicemail I get a message that voicemail does not exist for this phone number. When I tried to call from my spouse's number, that goes straight to voicemail too. This is a terrible company that will take your money and leave you in terrible mental anxiety at the very last second. I absolutely do not recommend them. Their website claims, customer hotline and complaint form all have no value. Do not book these movers. My order id was: 65034433042
