WHAT A SHOCK! Totally disappointed with Lorne Park Jewellers. Even though our family has purchased expensive jewelry in the past, I was charged $165.00 for a very minor repair of a chain link on a bracelet. Talk about gouging your faithful customer! They have lost my business forever, even though I had plans of redesigning a diamond ring at their store. Normally, I ask for estimate for any kind of work done. In this case, I assumed it would be reasonable. This was so out of line!! Beware, get an estimate first of all.
