The inaugural Mr. Rooter branch started in 1970. Our company has happily sustained its founding principles and beliefs over the years—Integrity and Customer Focus, Respect, Integrity, Customer Focus, and an enjoyable work environment. That first Mr. Rooter remains in operation today, nearly 50 years later. But there are over 230 more locations in North America, all independently owned and operated, and every operator has deep roots in the community they serve.
