Are you looking for some used furniture at a great price, and talking to a person who is knowledge adn experience in the products than go no further. This place is amazing, right from the get go. The help I received was second to none. I knew what kind of chair I was looking for and found it on their website. I brought the picture and Danny helped me first, but since he was already serving a customer I was than passed onto Andy. Andy knew the chair and actually went to the other warehouse and brought the chair back for me. The chair did have an issue and Andy said he had another chair similar to the one I was looking at. As I told Andy about by back issue and Andy brought the chair out he noticed that is did not have a certain feature to this chair. Andy than told me he was not going to sell the chair to me for the sake of selling a chair. The chair would actually cause my back to hinder me. Andy than talked to Danny and together they found another chair that was damaged but had a part on it that they could fix the other chair for me and if I could wait for it. I had no problems with that at all. This is where this company stands above all other companies, both Danny and Andy worked together to repair the other chair and the best way of seeing these to guys work together was like a well oiled machine, with a twist. They reminded me as a Laurel and Hardy team or a Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis act. Even thought they knew what to do, they had so much fun doing it. Danny expertise on the disassembling and putting the chair part back together really showed his talent. After the the chair was together Danny than showed me step by step on how to use the functions of the chair well Andy was there to add more information to assist me for my back support. I should mention when Jarvis gave some input, I realized there was no boss between the three of them, they all acted like they were equal in the work load to be done and a great team. The pricing of the chair was exceptional, I mean another chair I seen at Abco office furniture was selling for around $240 and they had the exact same chair in perfect working order for only $60. I have to admit, Andy was very funny and a joy to talk to, and on the other hand Danny does not look like he really had no sales skills, but he does not need and sales skills. Danny had the ability to talk to you as a human being and relate to your needs of what you want in a chair. His expertise and knowledge of the products is amazing. Danny relates to you a such different levels that you understand what he is saying about the product. Danny will make you feel you can trust this guy and you do trust him. Danny holds nothing back and pulls no punches at all. Danny tells you exactly what you can and can't expect with the product. I realized That Danny and Andy were not just selling a chair to me, they knew that they had to somehow fix this ergonomic chair since it will be a game changer for me, and they were right. Now, would I buy the product from this company, Yes, the pricing is amazing, but more importantly, all three guys that work there as a team is the special ingredient that makes this place work, Danny, Andy and Jarvis. All three guys went above and beyond the call of duty to get me a chair that works for me. ( the company does need to invest into some better tools that allow teh guys to do the job better job) I have been searching for over a year for a chair and a used one like this would cost at a minimum of $500 and this used one cost me $158 with taxes all in. Thanks guys, and keep up the great work. Again Danny and Andy your people skills, knowledge an expertise is second to none. I will be recommending you guys and your company to anyone who will listen to me. Randy
