good day!, for work reasons outside my city mississauga, I had to seek the services of someone to take care of my cat, finding Mrs. Doreen P. with whom I spoke previously and we reached agreements on the cost and care in what we both agreed. I had no idea of the bad experience that awaited me with this person. I had to travel out of the city on June 9, the lady gave me an interview on June 8 to sign the contract, starting from there the problems manifesting a day before that she simply could not see my cat for three days later, I no longer had the option or time to look for another person, for which I was forced to leave water and food for my cat for those three days until her first visit began... Then more problems came, we had agreed in the said interview that she and the person who helped her called Anna were going to send me photos and videos of each visit, these days being one yes and another, when my girlfriend who is out of the country and I requested said videos and photos, Ms. Doreen had expressions and responses that showed her annoyance with something that we had already agreed upon and that was so simple to comply with, with expressions like: "I better suggest you to install cameras", "really? even when i have told you that everything is ok?" and so on in a hostile way towards me and towards my girlfriend via texts, in addition to the fact that in my absence some important documents were lost from my mail box which I also asked them to let me know if something arrived please and which they said that it was ok that it was not a problem, they did not comply with the visits that we previously agreed , some days I did not know about them until they texted me on days when they did not have visits, being the only moments in which they suspiciously did send me videos without me asking for them. The second thing was the payments and extra costs, I do not mean to offend but the lady doesn’t know how to do the accounts correctly... she sent me a list which made no sense in the final cost, making me pay more even though I tried to show her her mistake , I would not have had a problem paying more if at least they had complied with what was agreed and the communication would have been more professional and respectful. I personally don’t recommend going for their poor and bad service.

Doreen has been our “go to” for all our pets. When our Katch (dog) was alive she took such great care of him. Now our two cats Wilbur and Snow have the privilege of her excellent care and attention to detail. An animal lover, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services in a heartbeat.
