I was totally overwhelmed, and I needed a transformation. I was seeking for new ways to change my life, and my search led me to Kundalini Yoga. My first Kundalini Yoga session changed everything. It made me feel better right away. The sign was clear. I was being called to Kundalini Yoga. It was designed to build me up and it helped me heal from the inside out. It was like having a buddy. She holds you when you need a hug and pushes you to perform your best every day. I could not imagine my life without Kundalini Yoga now. Even to this day, I remember how Kundalini Yoga changed my story. The meditations and kriyas changed me forever. One of my instructors at the club I was attending at that time, a lovely lady named Bibi, proposed I take Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) when I was taking my yoga lessons. In profound intuition, I took the leap to YTT eventually. This choice led me to follow a spiritual path, and I have never regretted it.
