Our instructors are committed to helping you improve and support each other. We ensure that your environment is inclusive and welcoming with an emphasis on fundamental technique, and proper alignment to help you progress. We aim to strengthen and assist young dancers in developing their artistic and creative skills. Our Ballet program builds long, strong lines by elongating the legs and arms while maintaining a confident balance, poise, and elegance. The curriculum is designed to promote proper alignment, technique, control, and posture in every movement. This program starts with basic movements and progresses to advanced jumps and turns. Dancers can complement other dance styles with our conditioning program. The program is built on the foundation of Ballet and emphasizes the training of specific muscle groups to improve control and technique.
