Core Integrity is a small Pilates studio with focus on strength and health. We offer various Pilates classes that cater to all levels, including apparatus and mat Pilates. We aim to tailor a program that meets your needs and goals. Our classes are small to ensure that our certified instructors can monitor technique. Because of the small class size, personalized sessions are not too high. Additionally, the instructor will also focus on personal achievements and provide motivation for every exercise.
